BALA CYNWYD, PA -- IT planning and control software maker Primavera acquired two companies concurrently: ProSight Software of Portland, OR and UK-based Pertmaster Ltd. ProSight is a developer of software that allows companies to prioritize their IT projects by projected return on investment. Pertmaster makes software that helps to assess the risk of IT projects. Privately-held Primavera plans to retain the vast majority of employees in both companies and to keep their field offices open.
